In this article, I’ll be walking you through how to assign video chat time to tours on clients’ accounts.
How To Assign Video Chat Time To Tours
Step 1: From your dashboard, click on Team
Step 2: Click on Create Client
Step 3: Fill in the assigned time for the client tour under Video Chat Minutes.
Step 4: Click Create to Assign video chat time.
How To Assign Video Chat Time To An Existing Client
Step 1: On the dashboard, click on Team
Step 2: Hover over to the section where you will choose your preferred client. Now. to the right of your preferred client, you will see the Action option.
Step 3: Click on the dropdown and a list of options will appear. At this point, select the Edit option.
Step 4: Now you can either fill in the Tour Chat time or add more chat time for an existing client in the Video Chat Minutes section.
Step 5: Once you are done making the change, hit the Save button to effect the change.
That’s it! You have successfully assigned video chat time to tours in your client’s account.
